  • A gap analysis conducted on your current system against the desired certification standard.
  • Findings and deficiencies from the analysis are communicated to key staff members.
  • Time frame discussed to achieve certification.
  • Assist in implementing, developing, monitoring and reviewing the system.
  • Ensure your company meets all clause laid out within the chosen standard and are fully prepared for the Third Party Audit against the standard.

Implementing USDA, FDA and internationally Accredited Hazard Analysis Critical Control  Point (HACCP) Program

We take pride is providing a practical and scientific approach to devising, implementing, verifying and validating HACCP programs.

We believe in initially carrying out inspection of premise, process, its environment and employee movement throughout the facility before engaging in a comprehensive risk assessment based on HACCP plan.

Writing and developing Prerequisite programs
